That's no fair!
They should though if they feature them on their show.
On the VH1 show I Love Toys they were talking about tea sets and they put some virtual American Girl dolls next to one of the people talking about the tea sets.
I do not thing AG dolls are rated anywhere on the show.
At first I thought it was because they were too new, but they had Tickle Me Elmo on the show...
maybe they'll have I Love Toys 2...I hope
I didn't notice when I watched it a couple weeks ago. I'll have to wait until they show that episode again.
I think it was done through voting somehow.

I just dont understand how they missed AG....there are a lot of us out there dont we count for something.....
I noticed them too! The tea set was in the 60-41 episode, I think. I was just glad they didn't do something inappropriate with the AG dolls.

I hate to say, but I don't think AG should have been on the list. Most of the ones they featured are known by everyone. There wasn't a single one that I didn't know, and we all know that there are PLENTY of people who don't know AG. Also, a great deal of the toys they did feature were ...less pricey, or at least, more widely available. I'd say the exclusiveness of AG hurt it chances of ranking.
However, it would have been nice to see like an honorable mention, listing a bunch of toys they didn't include, and AG be listed there.
Personally, I was annoyed at how low My Little Pony ranked, among other things. And I was super annoyed that Teddy Ruxpin didn't rank at all, he was as popular as some of the things they did list were when he first came out.
We had a thread like this before, and someone posted that viewers voted on VH1.com, and although AG wasn't on the ballot, there was a fill in the blank option. Just shows that not enough people know AG, or it probably would have been on the list.
